RETURN POLICY

RETURN PERIOD
All arrangements for returns must be made within 21 days of receipt of your order.

All merchandise accepted for return must be in original condition with UPC label intact with all packaging materials. 

REFUNDS
Refunds will be made to and in the form of the original payment.

SATISFACTION
We here at Tin Models want you to be happy with your purchases.  If for any reason you are not happy with a product within our 21 day return period, please email us ASAP and we will issue an RMA# right away. 

You are responsible for any return shipping charges in changes of mind situations .

For defective items we will send you a prepaid shipping label. 

Damaged in transit items are the responsibility of USPS.  Please contact them as soon as your damaged package arrives.

Unless otherwise noted, products sold by AuSable Company, LLC D.B.A. Tin Models are covered by our 21-day return period. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 21-day return period are specified on the products' individual pages as well as in our full Return Policy. Tin Models expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Tin Models arising from any product sold on this website shall be the price of the product ordered.
